European citizens have the chance to vote on the design of a new coin to mark 10 years since the creation of the €uro.

The design of the 2€ coin will be decided by a public vote and issued at the beginning of 2009. A shortlist of 5 designs can be seen via the below link. The design with the most votes on 22nd February 2008 will be produced.

Everyone who votes is in with a chance of winning a set of 'high value' gold euro collector coins. The winner will be chosen from those that vote for the winning design.
